ABOUT GUARDIS

Built in 2026. Built for British security.

Guardis United Kingdom was founded in 2026 by people who had seen first-hand how badly the UK security industry was being served by software built for other industries. We built what we always wished existed.

WHY WE BUILT GUARDIS

Why we built Guardis

The UK security industry employs hundreds of thousands of people across thousands of companies — from sole-trader close protection operators to national guarding firms managing thousands of officers across hundreds of sites. Yet almost every company was managing its workforce the same way in 2026: spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, email chains, and physical filing cabinets full of vetting documents.

The compliance burden had never been higher. Home Office scrutiny of Right to Work checks was intensifying. The consequences of getting it wrong — civil penalties, contract losses, reputational damage — were serious. And the software options were genuinely terrible: generic HR tools with a security skin, American platforms that didn't understand UK compliance, or enterprise systems that cost more per month than some security companies earned per week.

We founded Guardis in 2026 to solve this properly. Not by adapting an existing platform. Not by reskinning a retail workforce tool. We built from the ground up — with UK Right to Work compliance, legally-logged contract acceptance, SIA-aware workflows, and a multi-tenant architecture designed for how security companies actually operate — all in a single platform any UK security company can be using within the hour.

OUR MISSION

Compliance without compromise

To give every UK security company — from sole traders to enterprise firms — the operational infrastructure they need to run compliantly, efficiently, and professionally. Without enterprise software budgets.

OUR VISION

A properly run industry

A UK security industry where no employee goes to work without being properly vetted, no company operates without a full audit trail, and no operator has to choose between staying compliant and running a profitable business.

OUR VALUES

What we believe

Compliance first

UK law is non-negotiable. Every feature starts with the question: does this help our customers stay compliant? If it doesn't, we don't build it.

Purpose-built, never adapted

We don't take a retail workforce tool and call it security software. Every decision — every data model, every workflow, every UI choice — is made with the UK security industry in mind.

Transparent and honest

No hidden fees. No feature-gating designed to force upgrades. No bait-and-switch pricing. Simple plans, clear terms, and an honest public roadmap.

Relentlessly reliable

Security companies operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Their software should match that. We build for uptime, audit trails, and zero data loss.

THE TEAM

A focused founding team

Guardis was founded in 2026 by a small team with deep knowledge of the UK security industry and the software needed to run it properly. We're growing — and we're hiring.

Why launch now?

2026 is the right time to build this. Home Office enforcement of Right to Work obligations has never been more rigorous. The consequences of non-compliance — civil penalties of up to £60,000 per illegal worker, contract terminations, and reputational damage — are forcing security companies to take compliance seriously in a way they never had to before.

At the same time, the tools available to UK security companies have never been more embarrassingly inadequate. American platforms that don't understand UK compliance. Generic HR software adapted for industries nothing like security. Enterprise systems priced for organisations ten times the size of most security firms.

We launched Guardis in 2026 to fill that gap. The timing isn't coincidental — it's why the product exists.
